![]() I haven't been getting caught up in the overwhelming weight of it all because I'm more in control. Though the stresses in my life are still there (job, etc.), my mood is lifted and I'm able to roll with the punches. I've had more natural energy without any other drinks or use of my old tricks. Suddenly I haven't had anxiety about falling asleep. Politely, I guess you can say I haven't been my true happy-self in awhile. And that's my normal days, so you can only imagine when it becomes 2-weeks out from my period and I start having headaches and bloating. Along with the lack of focus and loss of energy, my mood and stress level have been at an "on-edge level" for quite some time. Even drinking water doesn't give me the focus and energy that I've lost. On top of my food allergies and not being able to eat the number of nutrients and vitamins my body truly needs, I have resulted to energy drinks, soda, caffeine pills, constantly eating, and my personal favorite, coffee. ![]() ![]() I usually have anxiety about sleeping which follows into the next day and makes me exhausted. ![]()
